We can think of Yoga as the science of well-being. Increasingly in today's world we need to incorporate this more into our daily life. Through the yoga practice it is possible to experience great changes in all aspects – physical, vital, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual. We feel blessed to be able to share this life changing science with you. We employ an individual approach for each student and their case/situation. That's why during the classes the teacher will come to correct each person's posture individually. Each one of us is unique with different experiences imprinted in our bodies which is respected and observed through your movement on the mat.
Having you here for a week allows us to introduce you to our extended programme, carefully developed and taught by Zuza, so that you can gain maximum benefits during our time together. In each class we will be focusing on specific parts of the body or on the chosen organ system to increase your health, energy level and strength. We will boost your body's inner functions, stimulate your muscles, stretch them and give you the general feeling of revitalisation and relief.
Yoga is the journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self.Bhagavad Gita
