You haven't lost yourself 🌸

You haven't lost yourself 🌸

Hey Amigas,

I’m in Berlin right now.

Every day I practice and train intensively. Silence, mat, body, breath. And that silence I had been searching for — because somewhere along the way I stopped being able to hear myself beneath the layers of everyday life: turns out not to be empty, but full. Full of things that were waiting to be felt.

I think many of us live with the feeling that we’ve lost ourselves somewhere. That once we knew what we liked, what we wanted, what it felt like to be ourselves and now that knowledge is buried somewhere beneath layers of duties, expectations, and years of constant giving.

But you haven’t lost yourself.

You’ve lent yourself out. To your work, your children, your relationships, your fears. That capacity for giving is beautiful. But loans need to be repaid. To yourself, too.

That’s what I’m looking for here, for myself. And I know that what I find, I want to bring to other women. Not as a ready-made answer. As a space where we can search together. On the mat, in the breath, in a silence that isn’t lonely, because it’s shared.

There’s a moment in practice that I know by heart. You’re lying in savasana, you’ve been in your head for the entire hour, and then suddenly, maybe twenty seconds, maybe a minute, the mind goes quiet. You feel the floor beneath you. You feel your breath. You feel that you are.

That is the moment. The return.

I want you to have it.

We want to ask you: When did you last truly feel like yourself?

Write back if you’d like. I read every message. I’m here.

With love and without rush,

Zuza 🌸
